This study aims to identify and synthesize the key success factors of sustainable entrepreneurship through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of articles published between 2019 and 2024. Using Scopus, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect as the primary databases, the study analyzed 76 relevant articles selected through a rigorous PRISMA-based screening process. Data were extracted and analyzed using thematic synthesis to identify patterns, categories, and relationships among variables in sustainable entrepreneurship research. The findings reveal that the success of sustainable entrepreneurship is determined by four main clusters: individual factors, organizational factors, external factors, and technological factors. Individual factors include sustainability orientation, personal values, and ecological motivation. Organizational factors involve sustainability strategies, innovation-oriented culture, and managerial capacity. External factors encompass government policies, green financing support, market pressure, and social norms. Meanwhile, technological factors refer to digital transformation and green technologies that enable operational efficiency and eco-friendly innovation. The study also identified several research gaps, such as the limited number of longitudinal studies and the lack of research in developing countries. These findings contribute significantly to the theoretical and practical development of sustainable entrepreneurship, while also offering a roadmap for future research that is more comprehensive and contextually relevant
