Peer Review Process

Journal of Social Research and Innovation conducts a two-stage review process, namely first through initial editorial review by the editor to change the manuscript to be sent to the second stage of peer review. The editor review process takes approximately one week, but it can also be more than that depending on a little or a lot of revisions. Then if the manuscript is declared accepted, the second stage of review is carried out, which is carried out by two reviewers in accordance with the reviewer's knowledge, experience, and expertise.

Journal of Social Research and Innovation conducts a double blind review process, where the reviewer does not know the name of the author and affiliation, in order to maintain the quality of the manuscript review. Some things that are important parts to review are:

  6. Consistent with the author guidelines of the Journal of Social Research and Innovation

Comments provided by reviewers need to be considered for implementation by the author. During the manuscript revision process, if the author does not meet the comments given by the reviewer. The manuscript is still unpublished.

Then if the manuscript is in accordance with the criteria in question, then the manuscript is ready to be sent to peer review, the entire review process takes approximately two to three weeks since submission or even more
